Seeking advice about Challenging a Will

Do you think you have been unfairly provided for in a Will? We can assist you and provide you with tailored legal advice.

The expressions “contesting a Will” or “challenging a Will” are commonly used when someone is claiming that the Will is unfair, insofar as the person who died had an obligation to leave something to you and that they have failed to leave anything, or not enough, to you.

Contesting a Will is not a simple process and can sometimes be drawn out and factually and or legally complicated. It is best to seek legal advice as soon as you think you may have a claim as there are specific time limitations depending on the type of claim you can make.
